Hey Band members! We'll be having BBQ @ West Coast Park on 30th Dec 2009, after band practice.
Everything has yet to be confirm because I need to know how many people are going before I book the pits.
Confirm with your SL if you're going or not and SL will inform Sheytene.
SL, please confirm the no. of people going to Sheytene by this Sunday, (13/12/2009).

I won't be in Singapore from 19th to 27th December so please don't contact me.
Sheytene will be the main in charge for this BBQ.

Committee members, please plan a time to discuss things with Sheytene.

• Who to order the food?
• How to order the food?
• The map to West Coast Park?
• Cut cost as much as possible?

Best is to meet outside to discuss. (Y)

All members who are going for the BBQ, bring along your own disposable utensils so as to cut cost.
I'm not sure how much the fees would be. Most likely, it'll fall within the range of $3.50 to $5.

Once the BBQ fees are up, we'll let you all know.
